Melt butter.
Crush digestive biscuits into crumbs.
Pour crumbs into a bowl.
Mix in melted butter.
Press crumbs into bottom of lined baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk cream cheese and sugar.
Add vanilla extract, egg, whipped cream, yoghurt and continue whisking until smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 60 minutes.
Cool to room temperature before cutting.
Cut into bars or squares.
Freeze after cutting.
Chop dark chocolate.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl placed in hot water.
Dip frozen cheesecake in melted chocolate.
Chill until ready to be served.
