Break the egg in a bowl and whisk.
Add oil and proceed to whisk.
Add some milk and plain flour.
Mix to blend all the ingredients.
Put the cocoa powder in the batter.
Add salt, soda and sugar.
Mix until the mixture shapes into a smooth chocolate batter.
Pour a spoonful of the batter over a hot pan.
See the bubbles form on the batter.
Flip it and let it cook for a few more minutes.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the pancake or sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
The pancake is ready to serve.
