If we were to talk about our favourite homemade delicacies, it’s always the comforting ones that come to mind! The real question here would be: What is your ultimate comfort food? Does something baked or with cheese come to mind?
It’s undeniably exciting whenever we talk about the foods that we love consuming. Am I right, Mummies?
As for me, now, I don’t want to be morbid, but if I had to choose a Last Meal, this Baked Cheese Macaroni may possibly be it. Put me in a room with a cheesy serving of gooey mac and cheese and neither of us stands a chance! The innocent platter would be ravaged thoroughly.
Baked cheese macaroni is worthy as a meal in its own right, served simply with a fresh green salad or any vegetables as sides. Nothing too heavy, because macaroni and cheese is so rich as it is!
As a side dish, it will complement virtually any Western main dish. From simple chicken chops to steak or a roasted chicken, you name it and it’s a guaranteed match!
