Tip #1 Rope In Help
Getting help is always the number #1 key when it comes to raising children; whoever says, “It takes a village to raise a child” is very wise! Work out a good time with your husband or a family member, so you can sneak out or in for some alone time.
Get them out for ice cream, perhaps? So that you will get the whole house to yourself! Important to remember though: once children are out, strictly no house chores or office work are allowed! Put on some music and whip out the face mask instead, or dust out the yoga mat for a sesh of TABATA or yoga!
Whatever it is, remember this is the time to help you regain your sanity, so use it well.
Tip #2 Get Some Fresh Air
If you are anything like most mums, chances are you spend a lot more time inside than you do basking in the great outdoors.

Tip #4 Toilet Breaks
Mums love toilet breaks and there is no shame in that, sisters! When push comes to shove, a quick dash-and-lock in the toilet could save your sanity. Just make sure that your children are in a safe space and that the doors are safely locked so that no one escapes the house.
We mums know the magic of a tiny space that is a toilet or bathroom. Pssst, we all concur that we love to light a scented candle and play Spotify on our phone while we are on the throne. And since you are already in there, take a stress-relieving shower. Why not, right? Carpe diem!
