It is also easy to customise it with all sorts of flavours and serves as a great breakfast meal for your little one.

Benefits of Oats for Baby
- High in fiber, magnesium, iron, and zinc.
- Prevent constipation and gentle on baby’s digestive system.
- A healthy amount of antioxidants in oats helps to lower the risk of attack by free radicals in the body.
- High amounts of protein and other nutrients that can help to boost your baby’s energy and overall health development.
To make a more interesting and healthy oatmeal, you may add some fruits (and breast milk!) into the meal. Read on to get a nutritious breakfast oatmeal:
♥FRUITY CREAMY OATMEAL ♥
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 small mango
- 1 cup of breast milk
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2 cup of Gerber® Organic Oatmeal
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the oatmeal into a bowl and pour in milk.
- Purée the mango (or your may cut it into small pieces), and cut the strawberries into small chunks.
- Mix the oatmeal mixture and mango purée together.
- Stir the mixture well and top it with the remaining mango purée.
- It is ready to be served!
